Fall 2013 Shoe Trends

Shoe trends for Fall / Winter 2013-14 have a wide spectrum from embellished open-toe booties to faux fur and from Fuchsia point-toe heels to classy Burgundy cap toe booties.  Whatever your pleasure and whatever your color scheme, this year's Fall / Winter trends allow for a lot of fun outfits! Enjoy the trends this year and post your favorite Street Style pics below or on our facebook page! xo
- Kathryn Kerrigan

Here are your Top shoe trends for Fall/Winter 2013-14:

1. Embellishments: Embellished shoes are going to be everywhere this fall fashion season!    A classic, black pump is great and most women have more than one (or two or ten...), but imagine the extra kick, the extra funk you can give an outfit if those pumps have silver or gold studs!!  A little extra something on a classic black silhouette goes far and you can always dress them up or down.

2. La-La-La Leopards:  For the last year we have seen point toe shoe return to the fashion scene.  Whether upon a three-inch heel, a short wedge or a great flat, nothing is better on a point-toe shoe than LEOPARD!!  While I use the term 'leopard' loosely to refer to anything from cheetas to actual leopards and real or faux - this trend his H-O-T!

3. Over-the-Knee Boot:  Over-the-Knee boots offer up a sexy and spicy statement to your classic outfits.  The caveat is to keep the outfit simple and classic so that you are not mistaken for Natalie Portman in 'Closer' circa 2004!
